We have developed a functional prototype using surface mount IR emitter and photodiodes that would meet the IECEx requirements of EN60007-11.At this time our objective would be to develop a package that would be surface mountable in a sealed package for potting in the complete module.Emitter current in the prototype is 10mA,Vcc on the photodiodes is 10 volts and a 10 volt swing is scene across a 30kOhm load.We would appreciate any enquiries.
