The OPI5000 has been developed to meet the soldering temperature requirements of Lead Free processes.Using 'true' SM components the OPI5000 has several advantages over our long established OPI1000LX series,improved footprint position,footprint compatible with the OPI1000L,improved coplanarity of the leads.
The part has not yet been submitted for IECEx certification since we await the results of acceptance trials with a number of customers.Small changes to the outline will be made before submitting for certification.Samples are available now together with data.
