IECEx certification
The IECEx scheme objective is to facilitate international trade in equipment and services for use in explosive atmospheres, while maitaining the required level of safety.
We at Bedford Opto Technology have an International Certificate of Conformity for our 10KV Opto Isolators and our OPI2000M/MTH High Speed Coupler, this required us to complete:
- Third party testing and assessment of samples for compliance with standards.
- Third party assessment and auditing of our premises.
- On-going third party surveillance audits of our premises.
Certificates of Conformity issued by the IECEx Certified Equipment program are issued as 'Electronic Certificates' and are live on the IECEx website (www.iecex.com)
