Bedford Opto Technology is committed to a continuous improvement program to the design, development and manufacture of Opto Electronic products of the highest quality level.
We at Bedford Opto Technology have a Quality Management System (QMS) that was accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in November 2002, our initial accreditation to the previous edition of this standard was received in September 1996.
The Quality Management System (QMS) not only fulfills the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2000 but the enhanced requirements for ATEX / IECEx and the granting of our Quality Assurance Notification (QAN).
Our QMS is supported by qualified and experienced employees. We at Bedford Opto Technology promote quality awareness throughout the company and encourage employees to contribute to the enhancement of product quality and the service we provide to our customers.
The QMS is open to constant review to encompass ever changing standards and customer requirements therefore promoting continual improvement.
