BOT are one of very few Companies in the world who manufacture ATEX and IECEx certified Opto Couplers or Opto Isolators as they are often referred to.In addition to our standard range of transistor or high speed logic output types in through hole or surface mount configuration our BASEEFA licence enables us to manufacture custom designs under licence from our customers.Special selections such as CTR at different forward currents are readily available.

As the move to leadfree surface mount processes continues we have developed the OPI5000-a true surface mount certifiable coupler  overcoming the unavoidable problems associated with coplanearity when converting leaded components to SM.
